Performant Update [1.20.1, 1.21]

Version 16.6:
Improved biome temp calculation
Improved rain and snow updates on chunk ticking
Improved Enchantment update ticking(1.21)
Improved nearest entity search
Improved blockentity ticking overhead
Improved blockstate retreival speed
Improve compatibility
Improve gamerule performance
Reduced memory impact of blockstate caching
Fixed an issue where entities may disappear/not be visible when teleporting(1.21)
Fix a small memory leak
Fix multientities config crashing on disabling
Remember that newer versions require https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/cupboard/files/all as dependency
