Performant pre-release 1.19.2/3/4

Also the 9.4 update went live:
- Cleanup and small fixes, config changed a lot, removed unused entries.
- Removed login timeout changes/packet tracking, in favor of my Connectivity mod
- Removed leaking farm detection reporting stacked items, in favor of my new mod "leaky"
- Mod compat should also improve, if you run into issues try running with
`-Dmixin.env.ignoreRequired` as java param/startup flag

2023-06-29 20:59:57 +0000 UTCI'm having an issue where my logs are spammed with [co.pe.co.Performant/]: Adding large movement value!(135.45168240823983, 0.30000001192092896, 0.0) to entity Arrau Turtle java.lang.Exception: null at net.minecraft.world.entity.LivingEntity.m_20256_(LivingEntity.java:4056) and a few other lines - where's the best place to report this?
