Lifetime Aspirations: Updated for Growing Together & Horse Ranch

And some bug fixes.

This update finally squashes some bugs and quirks with the mod and adds the Child achievements from Growing Together as well as the new Horse Ranch achievement.

The new Child aspirations were all categorized as "multi-skill" - now that they have only a single goal I have moved them into different appropriate categories. I am open to suggestions to make them better, please let me know on discord if you have any ideas.

The New Aspirations have been rebuild from scratch to sort out some weirdness and bugs. I have not yet added any new New Aspirations, but I have quite a few noted down that I will start working on soon. I'm always open to suggestions for new aspirations!

Bugs have been fixed in the Lifetime Aspirations part as well as the New Aspirations - I am unsure if I got them all, so please, if you find any bugs, report them to me via Discord!

I had to take out two aspirations: Indie Developer and Progenitor. Both have been incredible stubborn and don't want to work correctly. I'll continue to see what I can do about them, but for now they're no longer available.

Biggest Thanks to lisalikbent and anyone else for pointing out so many bugs for me, that's a big help with a mod this size!
