Lifetime Aspirations: 3 New Aspirations and a bugfix

Bugfix: Indie Developer Aspiration
- Fixed a small bug preventing Apps from counting towards the aspiration goal
New Aspiration: Jack Of All Trades (requested by lisalikbent):
- Reach Level 5 of 4 different careers
- BaseGame compatible
- Category: Knowledge
- Reward Trait: Fulfilled
New Aspiration: Drain The World (requested by Shay):
- Drink plasma from 250 Sims - with or without their permission
- Requires: GP04 Vampires
- Category: Occult
- Reward Trait: Inhuman (Vampires with the Inhuman trait will never be rejected when trying to drink from other Sims.)
New Aspiration: Herbalist (requested by IndigoGirl):
- Have earned $50,000 from selling herbalism potions
- Requires: GP01 Outdoor Retreat
- Category: Nature
- Reward Trait: Fulfilled
Update October 22, 2022: another few bugfixes
- Fixed the strings of some the three new aspirations, as they were missing the correct description
- Replaced the icons of the 3 new aspirations by better versions - many thanks to LunarBritney for these!
- Fixed another small bug where the aspiration goal of the Wellness aspiration "Self-Care Specialist" wouldn't show up correctly
