Important: Patreon fees and iOS

There has been an update to policy that all new subscriptions made through the iOS app store will now be seeing a 30% upcharge on your Patreon tier.
This is because of Apple charging commission fees for apps in its ecosystem. Existing subscriptions will not be impacted.
Content Creators have been given the choice to eat the fee, or have iOS subscribers pay an increased amount to cover this new apple fee.
How can you get around it? This fee does not apply to subscriptions made through a web browser. It will only apply if you subscribe through the Patreon app on iOS or subscribe through links provided in that app.
