First of all, the new content consist mostly of a scene for IanxHolly and dialogue for IanxLouise. A label isn't required to reach this content, you'll need to load a old save.
Second of all, I've been working on making tooltips and keybinds more consistent across the board. Tooltips were reworked behind the scene and I'm not certain all the bugs are fixed. Please use Discord if you find any.
EDIT 0.13.3.6: No new content. I added color to Req and Chg in tooltip. Big thanks to Skruben for the dozen of reports.
