Depression has run in his family for generations and has had relatives who killed themselves. He changed his diet and went off all meds in 2016. He holds a PhD in clinical psychology and taught at Harvard. His wife's diagnosis was thought to be terminal originally. Mikhaila was on oxycontin because of the many joint replacements and surgeries she went through as a child due to her auto immune arthritis, JBP also has auto immune issues. She was named after Gorbachev. Anyway yea swedishes are insufferable

I was a weak, non-, confrontational guy with zero focus and constant low moods. I'm still mostly that, but it's taken the edge off and I have the ability to call someone a piece of shit when I want to or send a risky text. Baby steps. I'd rather die of a stroke a couple years earlier and be a bit more engaged with life than live longer as a depressive hermit with no motivation.
