Grumpy Dupre’ , a “Man of Moreau“. The concept being that after the events of the Isle of Doctor Monreau. The animal men bred and formed a small society, and eventually being discovered.
Grumpy‘s great grandpa moved to New Orleans, and here you go. I do want to write a story about how I met him and stuff.
