I encourage you to write in your own words, but this is what I wrote:
I am in strong support of Net Neutrality and regulation of ISPs under Title II. This title is reserved for regulating telecommunications companies and our current use of the Internet is specifically telecommunications. Removing Title II from ISPs would allow the larger companies to out-compete smaller companies and is thus detrimental to innovation. Rollback of Net Neutrality will allow monopolistic ISPs to limit bandwidth for competing platforms and history shows us this industry is not capable of self-regulation.
