Along the road, there were no travelers. In the air, there were no birds. On the ground, there were no animals. There was nothing. Nothing filled their eyes, its deep, foreboding presence would shake their minds for many nights. Yet, this was just the start. As Eric looked out into the vast nothingness of Taptos, he frowned.
What could cause such a thing?
