No worries about chapter 40, it will come out before January is over. I just wished to offer a brief apology. This month had been a lot of traveling for me to be with some family members. That made me lose some significant time and I'd had to put in some extra hours at work. Had this circumstances not fallen upon me, I would have had it out by last week.
