Progress Report 3/25/25
Added 2025-03-25 13:25:58 +0000 UTCJust dropping in to let you know how things are going. The outline is finally filling out. Got stuck for a bit as I tried to sort out some plot details, but--as with a lot of my story breakthroughs--got it sorted while I was at the gym. It's already over 12 pages long and more than 7,000 words, and I've got around 30 chapters done so far. No idea what the final number will be, but I'm sure it will be somewhere close to book one, because I'm a glutton for punishment. Several new characters are set to be introduced, as well as a lot of politics, and so I have to plot things out carefully to avoid glaring inconsistencies and plot holes big enough to march a dragon through.
Personally, been bouncing back and forth between job interviews and dealing with my immigration status here in Korea, and it's been stressing me out. As a result, I haven't gotten around to sorting out the discord yet, but hopefully soon. My last job interview might be tomorrow (3/26) and also maybe my final visit to the immigration office on Thursday (3/27). Getting those sorted out would be a huge weight off my shoulders, so I'm crossing my fingers there. I've also started making final edits to book one to get it ready to post up online. I aim to do 3-5 chapters a day, assuming no major rewrites are required. The sooner I get that done, the sooner the book can go up on Quivering Quill.
So, things are moving forward.

Please let us know when you are starting to post part 2, part one was the most incredible story that I have ever read, I have been reading fiction for 45 years and this story was the best that I have evere read , thank you so much, can't wait for the next part, I am a paying member ,
