Possibly another delay
Added 2025-01-15 02:38:44 +0000 UTCI've been battling the mother of all colds and, even after almost two weeks, still haven't shaken it. I'm loopy and exhausted most of the time, and it's made it very difficult to focus on writing. This is extremely frustrating on my end because I had my scheduled vacation last week which I had intended to use to finish the book, but I spent most of the time lethargic and moving very little. I've only got 4–5 chapters left before book one is done. Normally, that's a week and a half of writing, give or take a day, but I'm all doped out on whatever these Korean doctors are giving me to help tackle this unknown illness. Got checked for flu and pneumonia, both of which came back negative, so all I can do is ride this out. If I can get this next chapter finished today or tomorrow, I might have enough to send to the editor and have something up by Sat/Sun again.
