I'd describe it as electronic music with blues influence. Or maybe combo jazz with electronic influence? We already have electro-swing, but do we have electro-blues? Yes. And maybe this is that?
Very cool song to work on. Picking the pieces apart was a different kind of challenge, and the percussive elements are bonkers. I used a good half-dozen layers of beat-boxing and finger-snap/claps to get this result. The bass line is particularly juicy and I throw out a couple "cool riffs".
