Don't forget that the original version is 25fps, so if you want it in better version, you have to upscale it yourself (or whatever else, like change lighting, since all I've done is that I've removed some color filters so colors won't be ugly or looking like a certain color shade).
Anyways, best to use it with Mocha Pro or Blender for tracking reasons. There's many tutorials on Youtube about motion tracking in either software.
