EDIT: I wasn't satisfied with the original one; I was too hung up on making it very circular like Lunacera horn, so I made some adjustments to make it more crescent-shaped and form the shape of a bow. I'll also include the older version in the vault folder later.
------------------------------
Selaris and Ithara are twin divine bows named after the two moons that grace the night sky. Selaris, the larger silver moon, shines with tranquil majesty, while Ithara, the smaller green-gold moon, races swiftly along its orbit. Each bow was crafted from the curved horn of an elder Lunacera, the sacred beast of the Silver Maiden, and infused with her divine power during the Chaos Age. Their forms are impossibly elegant: separate pieces of luminous horn suspended in perfect harmony by divine magic, with no string between them. Instead, three radiant threads of light and gravity hold each arrow and release it with unerring power and precision.
The bows are kept within the Grand Temple of the Silver Sanctuary in Rustana’s capital and are brought forth only during the annual harvest festival. Two clerics, chosen through divination and communion with the Silver Maiden herself, serve as their custodians and wielders. In the goddess’s honor, they perform the Dance of the Shadow Moons—a sacred ritual said to echo the motion of the twin moons across the heavens. Beyond these ceremonies, the bows have been drawn only a handful of times, each marking an age of dire need for a divine intervention.

Weapon (longbow), Legendary (requires attunement)
You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. When you hit with it, the attack deals an extra 1d8 radiant damage and glows until the start of your next turn, shedding dim light in a 10-foot radius and giving advantage to the next attack roll made against the target before then. Additionally, while you are wielding this bow, your jump distance is tripled, and you take no damage from falling. When you fall, you can move up to 10 feet horizontally for every 20 feet you descend, landing on your feet if you end the fall on a surface that can support you.
Shroud of Midnight. While holding the bow, you can see in darkness, both magical and nonmagical, as if it were bright light. As a bonus action, you can extinguish nonmagical light sources within 30 feet of you and suppress magical light of 3rd level or lower until the start of your next turn. In addition, while you are in darkness, you are invisible to creatures that rely on darkvision to see you.
Silver Sanctuary. Once per long rest, you can use an action to call down the Silver Maiden’s blessing, creating a dome of night sky centered on a point you can see within 120 feet. The dome is a cylinder with a 60-foot radius and 120-foot height, veiled with stars and crowned by a pale imitation of the moon. The dome lasts for up to 1 minute and requires concentration (as if concentrating on a spell).
Waning Radiance. Within the dome, bright light becomes dim light, and dim light becomes darkness. Light created by this bow is unaffected.
Blessing of the Dusk. You and allies of your choice within 30 feet of you in the dome have advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened. In addition, You and a number of creatures of your choice equal to your Wisdom modifier can see as if it were bright light in this darkness.
Lunar Gravity (+). The area of the dome is difficult terrain for hostile creatures.
Moonlight Decree. When the dome appears, the imitation moon casts a column of silver light to the ground: a 100-foot-high, 10-foot-radius cylinder centered on the point you chose. As a bonus action on your turn, you can move the pillar up to 20 feet to another point within the dome. A creature that enters the pillar for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier). On a failed save, the creature takes 2d10 radiant damage and its speed is reduced by 10 feet until the end of its turn. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage and its speed isn’t reduced.
Once you use this property, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.

Silver Mirage. Once per long rest, you can use an action to shroud the battlefield in flickering phantasms that bend lights and gravity around you. For up to 1 minute, you generate a 20-foot-radius aura centered on you that moves with you and requires concentration (as if concentrating on a spell).
Waning Radiance. Within the aura, bright light becomes dim light, and dim light becomes darkness.
Lunar Gravity (-). You and your allies who start their turn within the aura can use the dash and hide action as a bonus action.
Flickering Veil. A creature making a ranged attack from outside the aura against a target inside the aura has disadvantage on the attack roll. Additionally, When you or a creature of your choice in the aura is targeted by an attack, roll a d6. On a 5–6, the attack targets an illusory duplicate and misses. A creature can benefit from this effect only once per turn.
Once you use this property, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.

What I like about making items like this is that I eventually fill the blank in my world, like right now I'm forced to canonize the two moons that orbit the planet XD
In the process, I end up calculating and researching their suitable orbit, size, behavior, cycle, and effect on the planet~
