Weapon (longbow), very rare (requires attunement)
This bow is designed by The 11th Stellar Watchers, Professor Vigil Alzaahir based on Designed by Professor Vigil Alzaahir, the 11th Stellar Watcher, the Starlight Seeker was modeled after his own Stellar Armaments. Forged in anticipation of the Second Chaos Insurgency that Vigil foresaw, the bow was entrusted to the Blue Sentinels—the elite guard of the Cerulean Observatory. At its core lies stellarium, infused with divine light said to be drawn from Lirianyx, She Who Walks the Sea of Stars.
Shaped like a celestial sextant, the bow channels this divine power into arrows of radiant energy that twist and bend through the night sky. When the Insurgency came, the Sentinels wielded the Seeker alongside the Stellar Watchers and the Night Watchers of the Starlight Monastery, driving their hunt against the Chaos Touched and their cultists. Their reputation grew swiftly into legend, for it was said that once a foe was marked, no cave, citadel, or shadow beneath the sea of stars could grant them refuge.

Weapon (longbow), very rare (requires attunement)
Radiant Arrows. You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this bow. Attacks with it deal radiant damage instead of piercing damage, creating their own ammunition that disappears after hitting or missing a target.
Arrows fired from the bow bend and weave through the air to find their mark, ignoring half cover and three-quarters cover. You can use your spellcasting ability instead of Dexterity for attack and damage rolls with this weapon.
Hunter’s Alignment. Once per long rest, you can cast hunter’s mark without expending a spell slot. When cast in this way, the range of the spell increases to 120 feet, and you can concentrate on it for up to 8 hours. While concentrating on hunter’s mark in this way:
Your attacks against the marked target ignore all cover as long as an opening exists to reach it.
You know the distance and direction of your marked target while they’re within the range of this bow and are considered to have line of sight to it unless it takes the Hide action or becomes invisible. In that case, make a contested Wisdom (Perception) check against the target’s Dexterity (Stealth). On a failure, the target is considered heavily obscured to you.
Attacks you make against the marked target at long range do not impose disadvantage.
