Animation Progress

Ive changed up the first bit of the animation by adding a new loop and transition (see above). I really liked working on the weight transfer here. It took me like two days to get right. But it came out well and was good practice.

Right now I'm working on the second to last loop for animation part-1. This dose not mean the animation before this is done. Ill be doing a couple more polish passes, physics etc before its complete. But the first large pass of getting it all the sex stuff smoothed out is almost done.

Also, I think ill be contacting a VA sometime this or next week. Once I get some audio for this I can start adding more personality to the facial expressions and finishing up the intro scenes :)

Loona Grooming And New Body Shape

Along with changing up Loona's head last update Ive been wanting to change her body to match. The initial body I had was a bit on the thicker side and I have decided to trim it down a bit.

I feel this fits her personality better than the other sculpt. Ill be adding shape keys to the final model though. So she has capabilities to grow where needed.

The grooming is still in the experimental stage. Ive moved on the using hair curves instead of the particle hair. The result is the same but allows for faster iteration and better control.

Ive been focusing on the head as practice.

I'm getting close to a result I like. But need to push the detail more. You can see how much she lacks compared to these two references.

Some of this is likley down to lighting but a lot of it is coming from the lack of detail on most the face. I need to make her fur look less like a flat carpet lol. I think I know what I need to do I just haven't given her enough time yet. I think ill play around with it later tonight though.
