Hey guys! Just wanted to say thanks to all the new people here! I plan on doing a character poll soon for an animation idea I have. It would be another looping animation like the Guilmon one that's being worked on. This would be POV human X the character.

The following is me rambling about a bug in Patreon's membership reporting. If you're not interested, you can skip it :P

But there's a slight problem. The bug that I reported to Patreon a while ago is still not fixed. Most of you probably don't know what I'm talking about, long story short. Patreon does not accurately report active subscriptions of people who have paid and then unsubed in the same month. You get marked down as a free member even though you receive benefits of the tier you paid for. This is not a problem for 99.9% of creators, but Ive been using these spreadsheets to calculate the weighted polls. And the only way for me to account for those of you who paid then unsubbed (no shame) would be to manually edit you in the spreadsheet. That was not a problem when there were 60 of you, but now there's like 200! Thank you BTW!

So, I have three options here. Find a tool that will do this for me. I've heard of a thing you can pay for that gives points to patrons. Write a service that will run on my server to download the spreadsheet each day, and I can track the payment changes day to day to figure out what tier you're on. Or read their api and see if I can find a solution there.

I'm going to start with the latter today, since I have some simulations baking and hogging up my main computer. Hopefully, I find something cool
