Added 2025-06-03 15:41:23 +0000 UTCHey guys, quick update. The VR videos are finally rendered. Let me know if any of you have any issues with them so I can get them fixed up. I've also uploaded the version of the video with no male audio.
Next, I'll be wrapping up that bonus scene. It shouldn't take to long, just need to make sure that the existing animation is good to go and do some lighting/rendering.
Then it's full sending on the Guilmon animation, and then transferring that to Umbreon. After all of that.... IDK, I guess more polls. I want to start on another long animation soon. But need a couple more ideas for you guys to vote on. Some ideas that don't require me to make more models right now would be nice >_> ... Well, see what happens when that time comes.
Also, Loona has some more progress. She is finally in a blender and mostly done being retopoligized. She still needs a mouth box, and ill likely take her into ZBrush again for a once-over before texturing and all that stuff. I plan to offload the rigging work to someone else, this could be done myself. But it wouldn't be as polished as someone else who does that a lot. I intend to sell this model once it's done. So, it may as well be rigged by someone who's better at it :P.

Dogzeela's Loona model is 100% on the list. It will likely be in a poll for the next long animation. Yeah, there's a lot left to do with the Loona model. Like the clothes/eyes/hair are all placeholders, still no textures, and fur. I know how to rig, but most of my rigs have only been just enough for what I need. I want something more polished this time, and I feel like it would be better to offload that work so I can be more productive in other areas like animating or sculpting new models, etc.

2025-06-04 01:52:31 +0000 UTCi'm inexperienced in blender, but from what i've heard it's the rigging and weight painting/constraints that always takes a lot of time and effort. people who sell models often times charge a markup of a couple hundred dollars to rig it too. i don't blame you. this looks really good, except for her blobby hair, but i am assuming that's going to get worked on. i like that you didn't give her cartoony thot proportions which dogzeela tends to do despite being excellent otherwise. you should definitely offer modeling commissions now that dogzeela doesn't anymore. oh and i found someone else to do that alopex model, still paying it off though. i can't wait to see her finished. you should totally do an animation with dogzeela's loona type A sometime.
