So, it's been a week and a half since the last full version was released. During this time, we've worked extensively on the content, fixed numerous bugs, and refactored many aspects of the code. But first things first:

First, randomized NPCs. And... We have something to show you – a new 18+ character scene is currently in development. You can view it here: https://x.com/kaitosi11/status/1996531150924439837. It will be integrated into the game soon, and it will trigger when your female character is bathing, or when a male character observes this scene in any way, be it in the locker room or elsewhere.

We've also worked on the internals of the NPC system. Each NPC now has a specific list of friends after generation. They interact with each other, communicate, and interact—all of this takes precedence over the somewhat random interactions between NPCs. NPCs essentially form groups, move around locations, and influence each other to a slightly greater degree than before. Furthermore, this system change has improved game performance—the activity distribution system itself, which was the heaviest system in the game overall, has been redesigned.

Piercing. Male NPCs had it, but for a long time, female NPCs didn't. We've changed this: you can now have piercings when playing as a female character, or you can choose to have them during character generation. You can see some of them below:

Also, a minor change and improvement to the game is the refinement of scenes. Now, the scene where you hold hands with a female RNPC displays 20 newly added clothing sets, and the group sex scene displays 50 hairstyles, while previously only 15 were displayed.

Secondly, the story. Here, we can present a visual highlight – a new scene that was recently redesigned. Soon, we'll be completely finished with Yuki Oota and moving on to other story characters, but in the meantime, you can see what we've done: https://x.com/kaitosi11/status/1996797798986273200.

Furthermore, we've almost finished one of the storylines involving Yuki Oota, and it will soon be integrated into the game, where you can continue the game's story.

Thirdly, there are systemic changes. Here we can talk about a new feature called the sleep system. We've already updated it, adding an interface and allowing players to nap and rest for a certain amount of time. Now, time is updated so that it scrolls forward every millisecond rather than instantly. It smoothly changes, altering the time of day and, at the same time, more accurately simulating the game world. During this sleep, events can occur that literally wake your character up, which generally improves the overall gameplay experience. You can see what it looks like below:

In addition, we've updated the rather important and recently poorly performing gallery interface. Due to the huge number of changes to the story scenes, we redesigned the system from scratch and also updated the interface itself: the buttons are now divided into specific, more convenient categories, the interface itself better matches the overall style of the game, has a more convenient layout for photos (given that they no longer have any background), and all scenes are now presented as a scrollbar, not just a list of pages.

Also, when you click the "Change Background" button on your computer, an interface opens with all available computer backgrounds. A simple and minor change, but a welcome one:

And the most minor of all, we added a button to disable filters in the game settings. This was done because users could experience some issues with them, such as poor performance and excessive skin and hair tones, while others might prefer them because they make the image more realistic. Now we've given users the ability to decide how their game should look:

Fourth, bug fixes and code refactoring. A lot of work has been done here to make the game more stable, and you can see the results by downloading the new version of the game:

New content:

Your character's sleep system has been completely overhauled. It's now not just a simple interface with options for a full night's sleep, a nap, and a short rest, but also a loading system: time no longer skips instantly, but every millisecond. It smoothly changes and alters the time of day, while also more accurately simulating the game world. During this sleep, events can occur that literally wake your character up, which generally improves the overall gameplay experience.

Piercings, available for display on sprites, have been added to the RNP editor for randomized female NPCs. You can equip approximately 14 piercings simultaneously on your female character or any character you create.

The gallery interface on your character's computer has been completely redesigned: the buttons are now divided into specific, more user-friendly categories, the interface itself better matches the overall style of the game, has a more convenient layout for photos (given that they no longer have any backgrounds), and all scenes are now displayed as a scrollbar rather than a simple list of pages.

The "Change Wallpaper" button on your character's computer now displays a separate interface showing all the backgrounds available to the player as a scrollbar. This allows the player to select the desired background for their PC without repeatedly clicking the same button until they find the desired background.

In the game settings, under the graphics settings category, a button is now available to disable filters that could irritate players by changing the skin/hair color of NPCs depending on the time of day.

A new system has been added for NPCs: the Friends system. Randomized NPCs now have a set of friends with whom they always interact and whom they often follow. In essence, NPCs are formed into groups, move through locations with them, and influence each other to a slightly greater extent than before. Among other things, the system change has improved game performance—the activity distribution system itself, which was the heaviest system in the game overall, has been redesigned.

In the "Holding Hands" interaction scene, 20 sets of clothing are now displayed on female NPCs, which were previously not displayed properly.

In the group sex scene (FFM) with randomized female NPCs, the girl now displays 50 new hairstyles, which previously displayed the default ones.

The overall game size has been reduced by 50 megabytes by compressing existing in-game files, which were full-size PNG files, into JPG format.

A minor refactoring of the systems responsible for NPC movement across city locations was performed. This resulted in minor improvements in game performance and stability, making the movements more logical and using more input data.

A minor refactoring of the distribution of NPC activity among each other was performed. This system became more stable, slightly improving game performance, and the activities themselves now take into account more input factors.

A refactoring of the systems responsible for determining who is currently in a location was performed. This resulted in minor improvements in game performance and stability, and the system itself now takes into account "recently added" characters, which was not the case previously.

A refactoring of the systems responsible for displaying randomized NPC sprites on the screen was performed. This improved the caching system for NPC appearances for subsequent display on the screen, improving game stability, performance, and overall system performance.
