Stellarforged General Opinion Poll
Added 2025-09-19 08:47:33 +0000 UTCWhile I'm about to go on break, I will be unconsciously (and consciously) chewing over writing ideas. This includes Stellarforged, the scifi series I started back in June/July that got put on the backburner due to drama and Mob Sorcery taking priority.
I'm doing two polls to gauge interest and some general opinions on the series as it is. This poll is for everyone, while the other poll is only for people who have actually read the chapters (they're still available under the Stellarforged collection on Patreon).
My current thinking with Stellarforged is that when I return to it, I'll keep it as a Patreon-only series until I've finished Neural Wraith and returned to Demon's Throne. This is, as with everything, subject to change, and I wanted to gauge the vibe now it's been a couple of months. I'm still really interested in continuing the series and the idea I had, although I have no clue what I'll feel like working on first once I come back from my vacation in a few weeks (although I really, really need to finish that Spellblade epilogue).
Feel free to comment your general thoughts on the series as well. I'll post the second poll in 12-24 hours, but it will be focused on pacing (namely, the pacing of the opening chapters, action, agency etc). This is probably the best place to talk about everything else.
Anyway, let me know what you think of Stellarforged and whether you'd keep up with Messenger-exclusive Patreon chapters, especially if a book release might be 9-15 months away. Also comment on other thoughts you have on it.

I really hope you continue with Stellarforged. It was off to a strong start with lots of potential…and of course floofy characters. I’ll keep up in whichever format you choose.

2025-09-19 19:31:55 +0000 UTCStellarforged came just as I was playing a lot of Rogue Trader and Cyberpunk, so it really hit me just right and I'm looking forward to more of it. It scratches that itch well, and also lets you go more deeply into scifi in a different way than with Neural Wraith (though I look forward to more of it as well, not to mention the fantasy series).
