So, I've been spending the last few days tweaking, tweaking, tweaking trying to get this workflow right. I'm really happy with many of the results I'm getting, though there are challenges to be sure. I'm hesitant to share so much because these clips are all short and I'd like to lengthen many of them. But, it is going to take time to do that and I'm still tweaking, so I'm sharing what I have for now knowing that there'll probably be longer, final versions of many of these down the line.

I've got things processing at the new, higher resolution of 624x912 (1248x1824 upscaled) on both my rigs. The older 3060 12 GB card can handle the Q6 quantization at my usual 5 seconds worth of frames, but it runs as slow as molasses with its older Ampere architecture (~45-50 minutes). The newer 4060 8 GB card has the tradeoff of needing to stick to the Q5 quantization model and I can't get it to do more than 4 seconds worth of frames no matter what tweaks or optimizations I do. But, I figure that is a fair trade-off for the higher res. With its newer Ada Lovelace architecture it churns out videos pretty quickly (~16 minutes).
I've got Start+End frame working locally on the 3060 as well, though I haven't run many videos off of it yet.
In other news, when it rains, it pours and I have more life shit coming my way. So, I may disappear for a few days to deal with death(s) my family. But, as always, if my production falters too much I'll pause membership. Though, so far, I've managed to keep up with MomBallsAI stuff with my many life hiccups lately.
Thanks for the continued support!
