As you can see from its design document, this part of the scene is very close to the placeholder. The only changes of note are a second hand position and more expressions.
You can check the captions for loosely how I plan to re-write this scene. As mentioned, this is a pivotal moment in the route that deserves buildup and Zach working up the courage to let his best friend take his virginity. Zach is understandably nervous about this, but he's not as nervous as you might expect and in fact is rather flippant about the whole thing, as if he's not as bothered by the situation as he maybe should be.
