There's a little hint towards the end of the 2nd episode this season, River was shooting up the Silence with Rory watching from the Tardis door she said, "My old fella didn't see that, did he? He gets ever so cross."

In Season 5's "The Time of Angels", the Doctor and Amy visited a museum in an asteroid called "The Delirium Archive" which the Doctor describes as "The final resting place of the Headless Monks."

However, the actress who played Lorna is currently starring as Lt La'an Noonien-Singh in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. A recent episode of that show threw the the TARDIS into the background of some effects shots too. I guess he finally came back for her.
