Happy New Year! Thank you all so much for your support this year - be it financially, meme making, commenting, reviewing... the whole kit and kaboodle. Thank you.

Not a whole lot to update on really, just a few bits and pieces. We have various pokers in various fires: it's just a waiting and working game at the moment.

Rather than the tease, we'd rather focus on getting those irons out of the fire! (Music, Seasons, Streaming, Shows.......sshhhh). Ahem. We are hoping that we will be able to show and talk about our various things next month! And there are so many things!

🍃Counterbalance Season 3🍃

January 15th sees early access for $10 Patrons to Episode 22 - Lonelyn. We are so stoked to kick off Season 3 of Counterbalance, and we cannot wait for you all to hear it! Kessir has been doing an incredible job of pulling everything together to get Season 3 ready.

If you haven't caught up, now is the time to binge the first two seasons as Counterbalance comes to the usual feeds February 15th. And don't forget to go tell Kessir your thoughts over in the Counterbalance channels on our Discord.

All the panic prep, all the games prepared, all the talking points, all the videos, all the activities... completely unnecessary. for the festive A(e)MA, we talked for 7 hours straight, answering your questions from chat, from the previous year's questions, from each other. It was a blast. Congratulations to the winners of the giveaways - they'll be posted as soon as the post office on the Island opens up again.

This month's A(e)MA for Patrons will not be in January nor on a Saturday. For $5 Patrons and above, we will live for January's A(e)MA on Sunday February 1st 18.00 UTC. This is to accomodate the fact that our friend Peter Lewis will be recording an episode or two of The Sprouting with the crew on the Saturday we would normally be AMA-ing.

🎬Lost Media 🎬

Remember when we said we had lost the video from the in person A(e)MA 2 years ago in our updates last month, and put it in the show notes AND on the outro/intro of the A(e)MA episodes... well its still lost... but we found some of it. Shit you not, yesterday, Eyþór was clearing files on the Go Pros and found this:

There's only half a dozen files at 6-11 minutes each - no where near the 4 hour session - so we'll go ahead and make a highlight reel from the good bits. Keep an eye out for that later this month to see what we managed to rescue and recover!

The Fumbled Anthology, which is an Australian Call of Cthulhul actual play, releases The Burning Stars, which has Volonda in it, releases the first episode of the story 4th of Jan at 6pm AEDT. We're not sure how many episodes it will be since we haven't finished the module yet, but it's a blast and you should check out their podcast.
