this video is absolutely beautiful and i’m on the verge of tears typing this, i relate somewhat to your experiences and i have similar triggers sometimes, and its just as unpredictable, but not as intense. i know how it feels to be stuck feeling like a burden, wasting your life away sitting still but its just reality. thank u for this video
