Love: A Video Essay

FINALLY another upload. Since my last video, I scrapped *two* video ideas. I had multiple weeks of some of the worst writer's block I've ever dealt with. I had to reinstall windows and wipe every single one of my hard drives, which means I had to completely reconfigure adobe premiere, and my browsers, and all of that. It also means that I completely lost my massive video game music library that I use to score my videos, which led to all sorts of issues just getting the assets I needed.

All of that said, I've changed my approach to editing a little bit over the course of this. Not only am I trying to get *way* better at mixing my audio (think of this video as a trial run for that), but I've written out a very clear-cut, reproducible order of operations that should be applicable to almost every video I do, so hopefully I can be more efficient when editing from now on. I think the added time spent editing this video was partly an investment towards getting comfortable with my new work-flow.

All of that was for a video that really didn't require any but the *smallest* of edits to tie together. Hopefully this is one of those ones that makes you think, or cry, or reexamine something from your life, cause *god* was it a nightmare putting this one together. I'm still kind of feeling the writers' block, or at the very least, a lack of inspiration right now. I'm gonna really brute force some creativity out of myself however I can though. I simply can't afford to have another video that takes over a month to put out.
