New website, new video! | Neue Webseite, neues Video!

Hey guys, I'm really excited. Seriously. I built my website in 2016 and haven't changed it much since then. I did feel like redesigning it, but then focused more and more on Patreon. On top of that, the site had some drawbacks. The main problem was that I just couldn't get it to allow credit card payments. I then decided to move to a selling platform, and here is the result :) Still not perfect, there are pros and cons here too. 

There's one thing I'd like to point out to you, even though it's (actually!) obvious on the new site: The video prices are net in Euro. However, the amount is debited in US dollars, depending on the country plus VAT (Value Added Tax). You can see the total amount in the last step when buying a video.
 You can still pay with PayPal and from now on also with credit card or Apple Pay.
I think it was the right decision. And with the new website there's of course also the recently announced new video! www.alexandrafootage.com

Hey Leute, ich bin echt richtig aufgeregt. Ernsthaft. Meine Website habe ich in 2016 gebaut und seitdem nicht großartig verändert. Ich hatte zwar Lust, sie umzugestalten, aber habe mich dann mehr und mehr auf Patreon fokussiert. Obendrein hatte die Seite einige Nachteile – das Hauptproblem war, dass ich es einfach nicht hinbekommen habe, Kreditkartenzahlungen zu ermöglichen. Ich habe mich dann entschieden, auf eine Verkaufsplattform umzuziehen – und hier ist das Ergebnis :) Immer noch nicht perfekt, auch hier gibt’s Vor- und Nachteile.
Auf eine Sache möchte ich euch speziell hinweisen, auch wenn es (eigentlich!) auf der neuen Seite ersichtlich ist: Die Videopreise sind netto in Euro angegeben. Abgebucht wird der Betrag jedoch in US-Dollar, je nach Land – und z.B. in Deutschland trifft das natürlich zu – zuzüglich Mehrwertsteuer. Ihr seht den Gesamtbetrag im letzten Schritt beim Kauf eines Videos. Ihr könnt nach wie vor mit PayPal und ab jetzt auch mit Kreditkarte oder Apple Pay bezahlen.
Ich glaube, dass es die richtige Entscheidung war. Und mit der neuen Website gibt’s natürlich auch das kürzlich angekündigte neue Video! www.alexandrafootage.com
