Additional Important Notice
Starting in November, Apple will impose an additional 30% App Store fee on my Patreon memberships.
Using iOS Patreon app via Apple App store would cost you 30% more than when you use PC browser.
Please use a PC browser instead of the iPhone or Patreon app on the App Store.
Incoming Billing Schedule Change
Also from November and on, the billing schedule will change from first-of-the-month billing to subscription billing.
first-of-the-month billing: All patrons make their payment on the 1st day of every month. This is what we've been doing since the beginning.
subscription billing: New members will get charged the day of the month they sign up. Rather than being charged on the 1st of the month, members are charged the day they sign up and then each month on the same day, similar to most subscription systems.
This change will happen mostly to new members, or existing members who decide to stop subscription and resume subscription whenever they want.
I will share more details and what you should know about it in late October.
