Yousee, Sora wasn't able to save Aqua from the darknessat that particular moment and is still stuck in herNorted form, so Sora, Mickey and Riku somehowcaptured her and brought her back to the DisneyCastle dungeons and stripped, bound and gagged Aquain a dark cell for her (and their) own safety until thegang finds a way to change her back to normal
