Famished v.024 - The Plight of Bren, Part 1

In more modern times, Bren has become a hub that officially registered Delvers go to start their journey! However, the town has gone silent and even the Avix seem hesitant to go near!
What could be happening in this once prosperous town? Surely Hazel's intervention will turn things around for the better!
Hello all, not too much to say about this update other than I got somewhat distracted with writer's block here and there and got gummed up making a few scenes that took far longer than I anticipated. This resulted in me being unable to fully finish the mines. Thus, the next update I'll be focusing on wrapping up the situation here in Bren and maybe doing something else that the Ravenous folk vote on!
Also, the Dignitas Quest is still in the works, I simply didn't get to the part of the mine where it would be interactable. So instead of adding another quest that can't be finished, I just turned that off until it could be completed.
Shoutout to Julen for his usual help and Coyote71 for advice on making battle events.

+Added Bren
+Made it so the Bourbon camp moves closer to Deluvant once the battle of Orleaux is over, allowing players to make a loop through Arnor.
+Added the Mines of Bren along with the Top and First floor of the dungeon.
+Revamped some of Hazel's sitting images and many of Hazel's largest weight. (We'll be having a vote on this style at some point and if people want me to revamp ALL of Hazel's images to this style or leave them as is.)
+Updated the Hazel Romance scenes aboard the Audacity
+Several bug fixes scattered around the Valorwood zone.
Hotfixes:
-Attempted to remedy the issue with Laura showing up even when eaten. I added something to prevent her from appearing if she's been discouraged BUT the only way to have it occur is through a restart.
-Bug fixed a few things about Zaria
-Fixed a bug that changed the game's start position. (whoops)
-Added new image of Sugar to the camp after digesting 2 people for a day
-Slight changes to Vartin regarding dog placement and leaving Rose behind.
-Other tiny bugfixes.

2025-10-11 02:35:43 +0000 UTCYou never know. There might still be a scene for that, it's only half of the content for Bren, most of it isn't quite ready yet. It would be a shame if there isn't, a lot of the votes for slime were by people who expected Sarah getting more content, if there wasn't a possibility for that, I think Wyvern would've won the vote by a landslide lol.

You really had no idea when you first meet her that the girl was such a predator. Was a bit sad Sarah Coinsworth did not get a bonus scene considering she was deeply connected to the slimes if you go down that route but still good content.
