The Game Dev's Curse Strikes Again
Added 2020-06-30 16:22:42 +0000 UTCHi folks, if you've been following the unfolding calamity on Discord, you'll probably know that my laptop bricked today. It's with some specialists to attempt data recovery, but the outcome is uncertain.
The bad news is that there will not be an update this week. Our artists will keep working, but it'll take me some time to source a replacement computer and get things back on track.
The good news is that, because we update every week, the most Ravager progress I can lose is four days' work. Which is... not ideal, but not as bad as things might otherwise be.
Overall, the whole thing is a tremendous pain in the butt, but it's not going to dim our ambitions.
