Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Wherever outer clues are given, write a normal Skyscraper clues into the cell right in front of it. The outer clues work as Skyscraper clues, but they additionally take the Skyscraper clue right in front of them into account. Here, the normal Skyscraper clue obstructs the view to an identical digit within the grid.
