Circle Sums by Jesper
Added 2024-02-11 20:46:11 +0000 UTCSimon is continuing his series of trying to solve a "monster" puzzle every month as exclusive content for all of you who support us here on Patreon. Today he attempts Jesper Josefsson's Circle Sums - which many of you have recommended/requested. As we've come to expect from this author, it is a masterpiece. (And quite hard! The video is over 2 hours I'm afraid!!)
Play the puzzle at the link below:

Rules: Divide the grid into regions, each consisting of nine orthogonally connected cells. Each row, column and region must contain the digits 1 to 9 once each. A small number in the upper left corner of a cell indicates the sum of the digits seen orthogonally from that location, given that region borders obstruct the view. The digit in the clued cell is included in the sum. A ? can represent any digit. However, if any one ? in the grid represents a digit N, then exactly N of the question-marks in the grid must represent that digit.
