The Nightmare: Kurt's Solution

A couple of weeks ago we published Kurt Hugo Schneider's incredible difficult (and beautiful) irregular 6x6 diagonal sudoku. That puzzle can be played at the link at the bottom of the post:
As mentioned in tonight's video we have had very few correct solutions. Luckily Kurt has made this awesome video on how to logically solve the puzzle.
During the solve Kurt uses a symmetrical property of these puzzles. Patrons of the channel can watch Kurt's video proving this property.

Rules:
Fill each row/column/region with the digits 1 to 6. Regions are only partially defined and need to be completed (the given boundaries MUST be respected). Both marked diagonals also contain the digits 1 to 6. The two small arrows point to the smaller of the two cells they border.
