2025-10-16 12:52:47 +0000 UTCHi, folks. Really enjoying the LEGO games chat, especially the kind words about Dimensions (yes, we are all obsessed nerds). To clarify a couple of points, the straight-to-video "LEGO Batman: The Movie" was based on the story of the LEGO Batman 2 videogame. It was essentially made in engine using the game assets but rendered at a higher level. As for The LEGO Movie, the directors paid visits to our Tt Games office though I never met them directly. Our boss at the time, Jon Burton, is listed as a producer of the film but I don't know what his contributions were. When I heard the movie was being made, I had no idea it would be such a success but I absolutely loved it and it's still a favourite of mine to this day. Thanks for the great pod. Looking forward to hearing the rest. π Everything may be awesome, but you guys are even better!
