Good to hear the thoughts of Illyrio and Varys themselves on their podcast. Tyene may potentially influence the High Sparrow into supporting Aegon. If High Septon leaves for Aegon, I can see Cersei naming Septon Luceon (Frey) as High Septon as a kind of antipope. I agree with Manu's theory that Connington may try a version of Ramsay Bolton's plan in ACOK of deceiving the defenders of Storm's End into thinking Connington had come to aid them and open the gates to him. They would have no trouble finding the stag banner of House Baratheon in Griffin's Roost. They could attack the Tyrell besiegers and capture Matthis Rowan. However, I don't think Aegon will ever take King's Landing. Aegon as Emmett noted a while ago is a Renly 2.0. He is the young, brash candidate with southron army composed of stormlanders and Reachermen who married the only daughter of a powerful lord paramount who provides crucial support. He is about to reach King's Landing until a pretender of his house proclaimed AAR on Dragonstone sends out ravens saying a certain boy king claiming to be their nephew is an imposter of bastard lineage. I can see a scenario where Connington gets his hands on Myrcella. Connnington goes outside the walls of King's Landing, threatening to kill her if Cersei does not yield. Cersei doesn't and tells him to go ahead as GRRM cited Caterina Sforza. Of course, it's only Aegon that stops Connington from carrying out his threat, sparing Myrcella. The news of Dany arriving on Dragonstone with her army and dragons with Aegon's army outside the walls gives the impression: it's all over. That is until Dany sends out ravens, and reveals that she opposes Aegon. Aegon may be forced to retreat to avoid having to face two enemy armies. Greyscale epidemic isn't likely given it doesn't spread as quickly as the grey plague at the end of Daeron II's reign. Besides, we already have an epidemic in the form of the bloody flux. As for Darkstar, I can see him leaving Dorne and answering Cersei's wanted ad "Master-at-arms. Must be Dornish" under an alias. Nymeria likely knows who he is, and helps him kill Tommen. She gets her wish stated when we first met her, but she is likely killed afterwards for aiding him or at least suspected of doing so. Hopefully, she doesn't go to Qyburn.
