I'm thinking of taking today and tomorrow off to take my mind off from writing for a bit. I'll continue the story from Wednesday. Once again, apologies and have a good week š

Some people donate for support, some to motivate, expecting a return. It doesn't matter. We are all here because we like this novel and it's not worth ruining it. It seems to me that you need to adjust the schedule and make one that you can maintain. That is, if you write that a chapter will be today, then it should be today, according to the schedule - Punctuality, even if there are 2 chapters a week. Decide for yourself :)

While patreon is a platform where we support your work without any sort of guarantee, not delivering on a schedule you designed yourself reflects poorly on you.

Don't think too much about it. Some people here forget that Patreon is not a sales platform where you are guaranteed to get X/Y/Z, but instead its a platform where you sign up to support your favorite artist. Creative works cannot be forced, and the author wants to maintain quality of story.

I hope you can take a long enough break to find some more inspiration and maybe read some new books or novels, we pay money and would hope we get every cent we payed for

Don't commit to that hard of a schedule if you are not going to deliver, I fully understand hours that possibly going into this, but man you yourself made this schedule and still you have regular delays and breaks. I have small issues when release rate is slow, but what really triggers me is when I expect something but get nothing. Man, slow down the schedule, make some chapters ahead without publishing them, but just dont make us expect a chapter and get this delay notice posts or you going MIA till the next day...
