It's been a little too long since the last release. My bad. I was slogging along about midways through a three-set Moemon release when I felt myself suddenly greatly inspired to do something a bit different, and as it were, this whole project originally began just because "I felt like it", so we're keeping with tradition here.
Artist Setsu (who can be found on X here or on Patreon here) made these fantastic renditions of some of our favorite PokeGirls as what they would look like as Goth Girls. And it's awesome. So awesome that I wanted to see them in 3D. In Koikatsu. So, I spent the last few days organizing everything - pulling up old releases, trying out a few designs, then got to work - it's been quite busy, so, that's why there's been such a delay.
But that leads to today's mini-announcement: Let's make a few Goth Girl Moemon Waifus!
Our first release today will be Nessa - she'll be in two posts. Gym Leader Nessa will be re-released with massively updated textures and higher quality. Soon after, Goth Girl Nessa will be released as a stand-alone card.
I thought about simply doing the outfits, but I considered some minor body edits, makeup and other changes and ultimately decided on separate cards. I think that was the appropriate decision.
Both of them will be out before the end of the day. Note: Since I did most of the "back end" work the last few days, the next Goth girls won't take as long. Plus, this doesn't mean there won't be any regular Moemon releases - those will be here as well.
