She doesn't come equipped with a clipboard or tablet, although thinking about it now I'm not actually sure that's what they're actually holding, since we never see what is on the other side. It could be their own invention, like the Colress Machine.
I'll be honest, I had totally different ideas about their design before working on this. I thought that blue shit around their head was some type of cosmic head gear. Turns out it's literally just hair, as confirmed in various sources such as Bulbapedia and "your own eyes". Yeah, turns out I'm just blind. The thing around the waist is just a belt loop too.
I didn't really notice this until I found this cute genderswap art, which is the main inspiration here:
My reaction to seeing this art piece and realizing the blue thing was always hair: "oh"
This is the same artist that did the genderswap Marlon btw. I think there's a couple other pieces they did I might use but I can't find it in my documents right now. Whatever.
Colress' belt comes off when Top is turned off. Her glasses are on Sub toggle.
