It was an interesting few weeks because I ended up rewriting this Issue two times over the last 2 weeks. It has been heavily refined and I think it's going to be a very very strong Chapter now.

And because of the rewrite, I introduced THE JANITOR, who you might remember from the very old version of Phobos. I wasn't planning on having him in this new version but I needed some cronies for a scene and it just seemed right to use him.

I kept several scenes from the old story too like this one below. :)

There are a few other shots of him that I took directly from the old comic.

What I wasn't expecting is to change him into a Copyright & Trademark freak. Haha! It just kinda happened when I was adding the text. Suddenly he became a whole new level of crazy.

And for the Phobos fanatics out there, you might be interested in the origin of the Janitor.

He was actually based on a real Janitor that I knew back in the 90's who was kinda creepy to be around. He was young, muscular and aggressive and he begged me to add him to my comic. At first I was reluctant to say yes, but then The Janitor just sort of made perfect sense when I needed a crazy bad guy in the city. He even posed for me for the expression on this page. Perfectly psycho. :)

Anyway, I think the new version of the Janitor is really fun even though it's just a short scene. I might make him pop in later to defend his trademarks in random scenes. haha
