He told the grandfather not to speak of such things, it's surprising what people can remember from when they're babies. The woman with the markings around her forehead, my guess, may have been Yuji's mother? Choso told Yuji in the last episode to think back, his father should've had markings on his forehead like his, but maybe it was his mother? They may actually be related? Also, don't know if you guys recognized where they at at the end of the episode, but those blood stains on the ground are from when the girl Gojo and Geto were protecting 12 years was shot by Megumi's father.
