Hello everyone!

Long time no see.

I’ve been away longer than expected. I think I went through a bit of burnout. The good news is that I’m feeling better now and I’m starting to feel the urge to sculpt minis again (which is a very good sign!).

My mindset has changed a little. I think I’ve been pushing myself to make (too) many miniatures every month. As a wargamer and hobbyist myself, I feel like we’re all getting flooded with an enormous amount of STLs every month. As a solo sculptor, I obviously can’t compete with bigger companies that release so much content. I tried to keep up, and because of that I feel like I lost some quality and originality in my designs over time. I wasn’t as proud as I wanted to be of what I was releasing.

A few ideas I’ve been considering:

Producing fewer minis each month (maybe 3–4) and possibly lowering the tier price.

Releasing warbands in several parts over a few months, so the idea still comes together but at a slower pace.

Exploring something beyond pure RPG fantasy. Maybe doing fantasy and sci-fi proxies for wargames?
