Character doodles: Casta (and Fleki)

Casta has seen a LOT in her travels. From the fiery crags of the Crucible to the magical forests of the inner kingdoms, from the soaring boughs of the Worldtrees to the glittering shores of the Seawall, if there's an adventure to be had, this warrior has taken it. With her colossal cleaver over her shoulder and her catlike companion Fleki by her side, Casta the Wandering Blade travels the Shatter in a tireless search for artifacts from the Before.

Casta is skilled with close-combat expertise and endowed with the magical strength to swing her weapon as if it were weightless, and has a reasonably powerful Auo for the use of more potent magicks. While not a combat spellcaster, Casta knows many useful spells, including one of  her favorites; the Accommodation Spell. When cast, it grants a target a greatly increased internal robustness and capacity, giving them the ability to safely contain within themselves more than they would otherwise be able to. Casta can use this spell to successfully capture a feisty Imp, continue fighting unencumbered while carrying a clutch of gestating eggs, or come out of an unfortunate breeding session with a beast from the wilds without so much as a scratch or an evening's soreness. The effects of the Accommodation Spell aren't limitless, nor do they last forever, so casting it must be a calculated decision.

Fortunately for Casta's companion Fleki, repeated use of magical accommodation has granted her a latent skill for abdominal engorgement- allowing him to make frequent use of his favorite sleeping spot, her womb. A bluish-grey Singing Cat-Drake, Fleki retains the habits of his feline namesakes and takes frequent naps, preferring the snug safety and warmth of Casta's body over the various harsh environments the duo often travel through. Fleki considers himself lucky, his habit of claiming her womb as his den being found most enjoyable by his mistress, and the pair can often be found during rest periods of their adventures with the she-wolf sporting a bloated belly and a lazily wagging tufted Cat-Drake tail between her legs.
