Graaaaaaaahhhhhhh - 5/1/25

Bad news: whatever issues I've been having with my keyboard have somehow (I think) spread to my Clip Studio Paint as well, which would be my primary art program. There's a few issues with it, namely that I can't use the color picker tool very well and the program freaks tf out whenever I tab out and whenever I click sometimes. It's not very reliable in its unreliability, you see.
It's so frustrating that, honestly, I feel like I've now lost the ability to draw on my laptop. I even tried reinstalling it from scratch, which kept the same issues but now I've lost all my settings and brushes. This is very cool and not at all extremely frustrating.
Good news: I'm not up a creek without a paddle just yet. Around the time of my trip to Britain, I got this XP Pen android tablet so I could keep drawing in a more mobile setting (I drew that one Rob picture with the kilt on it if you remember that one). That, fortunately, actually still works! Plus, since I changed my shading style, I won't have many issues replicating what I do on my laptop.
Sooo now I'm in the process of downloading all my sprite files onto my tablet so I can continue work on them there. Hopefully it'll all work out great and I'll be able to stream my art like I've been doing lately.
