State of Jehu Update - 10/29/24

Hi! Did you all see that Xenoblade X is getting a remaster on the switch??????? Holy shit?????

I'd blab about that, but unfortunately I have more important things to discuss. Namely, over what's going to happen with this current Jehu update and what'll happen with next month.

For a bit of context, somewhere in the early half of October, I went up to North Carolina to help with some hurricane relief. Shortly after that, my birthday happened and I was out for a lot of it (mostly watching movies). Before this all happened, my keyboard on my laptop started experiencing difficulties, particularly with my M, J, and U keys. Turns out it's really hard to write when you can't use a commonly used vowel, among other things :L

After taking it to a repair place, they told me it'd cost somewhere in the ballpark of like... $400 or $700 to repair and like, yeah. Lmao. So instead I just got a Much cheaper USB laptop, which has been working pretty well... albeit somewhat cumbersome.

This wound up eating away quite a bit of time that I would have ordinarily spent on Jehu's update. I told myself that I could just delay it by about a week or so and make it on time, which is probably still true! However, my friend (and now coworker) B mentioned something that made me change my mind.

By dipping into the next update, I'd be taking out some rather important time from Paul's update- one which is gearing up to be pretty big, methinks. This would then domino effect into Alan's update, which MIGHT be able to tank it, but not necessarily. Plus, if any further things mess with my ability to work, it'd cause an even bigger issue.

...It really doesn't help that this Jehu update is already massive :V

So here's the TL;DR of it all:

I'm going to delay Jehu's update to launch at the start of December instead of November, push Paul to the start of January, and so on and so forth.

This is admittedly more time than I actually need to finish the Jehu update, but in return it DOES give me some extra time that I can use to add in some miscellaneous things! For example, more additions to the gloryhole episodes! I'm thinking Richard, MC, and Eric at least can be added before the next update drops.

I can also take this time to expand on my "episodes" tab in general and add in some fun side stories! I want to make a poll over what I'll be writing an episode for later, so keep an eye out for that!

As for what I've been up to, here's a bit of an update!

1. Jehu's got a bit of a tweak. He's got slightly smaller junk now (mostly with his hard dong)! I've been messing with said hard dong for a while since I haven't been totally happy with it, but I THINK I've finally nailed it. Also, I fuzzed him up! Look how fuzzy his balls are!

2. Ruben! I don't remember if I've shown him off properly yet or not, but meet Sarah's younger brother! He designs clothes for a living, and his swimsuits in particular have taken off recently.

Yeah, he's behind THOSE swimsuits.

Yes, he is an unabashed pervert.

3. Rob! Guess who forgot what kind of piercing Rob has? That's right, it's me! I also had it grow when hard so that's not quite right... anyway, Rob will be joining the crowd at the holes soon enough! The scenes nor CGs are done quite yet (...I usually save these scenes for last in an update...), but I think they're coming out pretty good!
