Video Lighting

I'm always torn on which lighting to use before recording! Yesterday I actually ended up recording part of the video in all warm tones, and then decided to just delete it cause I wanted to change it to a mix of blue and red.
Most of my videos, however, I either go for warm tones (reds, oranges, yellows) or to a mix of Purple, Pink and Blue and I like to change so my videos don't all have the same feel.
Which lighting do you usually prefer?

2022-10-28 18:44:19 +0000 UTCYess, I usually go for warmer tones for calmer videos for example Anxiety Relief where I want to deliver a cosy environment. And I like the blue tones for more sleep inducing videos :)
