WIP Updates: Colin Steel and Toru

This time I have some general updates on two works currently in progress. Colin Steel (1st character) is one of the new commissions in queue, and Toru is an old work from Twitter's 6K Followers Event from more than half a year ago.
Too much has happened this year, so I wasn't able to work on most of the things I wanted to, so I'm trying to force myself into finishing them, finally.
