lil project plan updates and thoughts and stuff post thingie

hi homies. the wifey and i are about to go on a trip for a bit so while im sitting here just kinda waiting til its time to go i figured id do a lil writeup thingie about some of the projects and upcoming updates and changes and whatever other thoughts i got. sorry it aint all pretty and organized its kinda just on the spot rn lol

MOMMY MANHANDLER

i guess ill start with the thing i feel most peeps are here for. next saturday will be the next early early access version of the game ( i think its r1.4 but i dont remember and dont feel like looking it up lol). should be a p normal sized update, and ill also be bringing back the last of the guest characters from way back and putting them in

speaking of guest characters, i think after this next update, ill prolly open guest submissions again. i did it way back earlier in the games life but it never really panned out; i think i only did like 2 or 3. the game just had a lotta problems for a long time and iirc it also seemed like most of the submissions didnt really understand the game and didnt gimme enough info to really work with, so maybe now that its been around for awhile we can get that sorted out better this time around lol

the new make-a-milf character sonia wont be in this next update, but will instead show up in the november one (aka the 2 year anniversary of the game woo), since i still gotta do a proper final version of her portrait...also since u guys picked her to character to be the mom of another new character i also have to make up an entire other new design and character to go with her so thx for the extra work lol

ill get into this a bit more later in the post, but i think mommy manhandler will become more of a priority for me since it seems to be the one thing i do that actually still does well and has peeps interested in it, so after this update i expect that ill be putting more time and energy into it

that being said, im considering maybe dropping the booty biter member early access update. right now, the schedule is:

month 1: ver2 early early access for bang buddy members / ver1 regular update for itch
month 2: ver2 early access for booty biter members
month 3: ver 3 early early access for bang buddy members / ver2 regular update for itch

based on what i can tell, theres not really THAT many people who download the early access member updates when i post them, so im kinda considering just mashing the two of them together and keeping it 2 months earlier than the public release. idk its just kind of a pain to have to upload the same version of the game 3 times lol especially when it doesnt seem to get that much traction anyway

ill think it over a bit more, and if i decide to do it itll prolly be the november update where i start doing that. well see, and ill let yall know with a backstage blog post when ive decided

BLOOD BITER BEATDOWN 2

i kinda stopped working on this for a bit cuz of the whole itch nsfw game shit, but ive started working on it again. the plan is still to get the game done by december at the latest, hopefully sooner

i am a lil worried about it cuz the demo hasnt done great (its only 1/3 of the downloads as the first game's demo, and 1/2 the hyper harem henshin hero demo). im not sure if its just that peeps already plan on playing it when its done so they dont feel the need to do the demo but idk. with this and hhhh not doing nearly as well as bbb1 im kinda worried that these bigger games that ive put more time into are doing worse and worse and idk if i can sustain that if it keeps up

still, i am pretty excited about it. i think the story is kinda interesting and i think peeps will like it when its done. theres some story and character stuff in it that shouldve been put out there a long time ago but at least its coming now. yall can finally learn bbs real name for example lol

ill keep trucking along with it, and ill prolly open a small number of guest character slots for it once i finish the main game sex scenes. again, i know i already took guest submissions a long time ago, but that was way back when the game got delayed super hard and i dont think most of those peeps who submitted even follow me anymore so i should start over i think

BREED BATTALION

this is the fantasy breeding rpg thing if u didnt know/remember. again, i stopped working on this with the itch game thing since i wasnt sure how that was gonna pan out. i havent started again, but i will when i get back from my trip

im very very not confident this will do well, but i am committed to finishing the prototype/demo thing at least, hopefully by the end of the year. if it doesnt do well enough i wont be able to commit to the full game, but it was already killed once so i dont wanna do it again lol. the prototype will get done at least, that im sure of

and even if it turns out the full game isnt worth working on idk maybe ill try and draw the witch girl every once in awhile since she seems to be the one thing peeps like about this project so far lol

BRAVE BANGERS

arc 2 of the story is almost complete; i just have 2 more chapters to write. i was kinda holding off on completing them because ive been going back and forth on it, but i think ive kinda come to a decision

once arc 2 is done, i will probably not continue the story sadly. nobody really reads it, which definitely wasnt helped by the site getting taken down and having to redo it. its just not really worth the time commitment, and theres only so much i can handle spending all this time and energy getting excited with all my ideas for it before realizing nobodys really gonna see it lol

im not sure if that means that the ENTIRE story thing is done or not. i guess theres a possibility i could maybe try and turn it into some other kind of project like a game or something. but im not sure if theres a type of game i could make that would get all the ideas across and also be of interest to enough people; im kinda thinking maybe the idea is just too ambitious for my abilities and maybe id be better off just letting it go at this point. well see lol

i might still do bang bites scenes maybe. again, those dont really do very well either as far as i can tell, but theyre a lot less committal and since they usually come with a drawing i think they can still kinda justify themselves, so i might still do those every once in awhile. they can also be lil things i can do for less relevant characters to give them SOMETHING at least. i am at least committed to doing the lil scenes for characters who were submitted to the bang buddy club thingie, so if youve submitted to that youll still get those at least

i might also just cut back on making new characters in general (and maybe even trimming the entire universe down to just stuff that revolves around bb and hiroto for now). its prolly not a good idea to keep coming up with more if theyre likely not gonna get into anything at this point. so ill only really make em for, like, new game projects and maybe those one-off oc drawings i do sometimes

this does kinda call into question what the purpose of the site is, other than just keeping everything together and organized. idk if anybody really checks it out anymore (it seems to get a lot less views than the original, but i also dont have the same analytics tools as i used to so i cant actually tell), so idk maybe itll just be a way to keep projects and info and stuff in one place. i still have the domain for almost a year so itll last at least that long at least so theres no worries of it going down soon or anything, but its worth thinking about

DRAWINGS

unfortunately i do think that once i finish the hiroto sophie phoebe comic, im prolly gonna stop doing comics, along with bigger drawing projects like multi part sets and collages. they just do not do well at all, especially for how much time and effort they take, and its very demotivating

in general, im kinda wondering if maybe i oughta cut back on the oc drawings in general. idk it just kinda feels like maybe the stuff that interests me doesnt interest other peeps as much, so maybe i should cut back on those and try and do more like fanart or whatever again. ill have to try and get excited about games and shows and stuff to get inspiration for that tho, so ig if u have any recs for stuff to check out lmk

like maybe my regular drawing posts will be divided between, like, moms-cucking-their-daughter one offs and fanart lol. those seem be the stuff people like the most, so maybe thatll be my focus going forward, and then the occasional other oc thing if im really in the mood for it

i prolly also need to just find a way to make my drawings more interesting in general, cuz maybe the issue is theyre too boring and simple, but that idk if i have in me lol. ill give it a shot and see what i can come up with

aight so thats kinda what ive got going on rn. again, sorry its super rambly and stuff and doesnt even have pitures to look at lol
